Registrations for the 2025 Epiphany Pilgrimage are now open! We look forward to sharing some or all of the journey with you!

Early-bird registrations for the full 2025 Epiphany Pilgrimage are now open and will be available until Sunday November 10, 2024. Registration for partial pilgrimages, day-only pilgrimage and for the Finnies Fiesta will open from Monday 11 November.

In 2025, we welcome Fr Dom Murphy again as the pilgrimage chaplain - God bless you Fr Dom!!

Epiphany Pilgrimage 2025 Registration
To register for all or part of the 2025 Epiphany Pilgrimage, click on the link to the relevant Google Form below:
  •  2025 EP Full Pilgrimage Rego Form (Early-bird available until Sunday November 10, 2024) 
    • For pilgrims completing the full, 7-day pilgrimage (+ optional Day 8 Thanksgiving celebrations)
    • See inclusions / exclusions below
    • Registration closes Sunday December 15 2024 or when capacity is reached
 
  • 2025 EP Partial Pilgrimage Rego Form
    • For pilgrims participating in less than 7 days of the pilgrimage AND staying overnight
    • See inclusions / exclusions below
    • Registration closes Sunday December 15 2024 or when capacity is reached
    • Note: Due to space limitations and full pilgrimage numbers, the partial overnight pilgrimage is only available at some parishes (see below for details). 
 
  • 2025 EP Day-only Pilgrims / Finnies Fiesta Rego Form 
    • For individuals and families participating in one or more day walks (but not staying overnight) including the Finnies Family Fiesta (Jan 2, 2025)
    • Children are welcome to join the pilgrimage group with a supervising adult any day, however, the only day with a specifically family friendly walk planned will be Jan 2 (to coincide with the Finnies Family Fiesta)
    • Registration will remain open unless capacity is reached

Note that children must be in high school to stay overnight, and must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian at all times.

Pilgrimage Details and Costs
Full Pilgrimage 

Cost:
  • $400 (Early-bird: $350)
​​Cost covers:​
  • 7 nights accommodation (parish + community halls)
  • luggage transfer
  • dinner for 7 days
  • ​lunch for 6 days (BYO lunch for Day 1)
  • tea / coffee / hot chocolate 
  • pilgrim pack 
  • donations / gifts to parishes / hosting community groups / clergy / speakers etc.
  • ​certificate of completion
  • pilgrim name inscribed on the 2025 Pilgrim Post
  • ​other consumables

Exclusions:
  • breakfast, morning tea / afternoon tea / snacks for each day of walking​
  • lunch for Day 1 of the pilgrimage​
  • BYO sleeping mat, sleeping bag etc. 

Partial Pilgrimage

Cost and inclusions will vary based on an individual pilgrim's selection.

Note: Due to space limitations and full pilgrimage numbers, the partial overnight pilgrimage is only available at the following parishes:
  • St Finbars, Glenbrook
  • St Thomas Aquinas, Springwood
  • Wentworth Falls
  • St Canice's Katoomba

Day-only Pilgrimage / Finnies Fiesta

Cost:
  • Walk - free (BYO snacks + lunch)
  • Finnies Fiesta - $5 per child up to $20 per family (to cover the cost of the Jumping Castle hire and other consumables specific for this day)
  • Dinner - $20 per adult (no charge for children) OR bring a dish to share

Cost covers as above, as well as:​
  • tea / coffee / hot chocolate
  • donations / gifts to parishes / hosting community groups / clergy / speakers etc.

Exclusions:
