The 2023 Epiphany Pilgrimage Itinerary can be accessed here. Please note that these times are only approximate, and that track conditions, the composition of the walking group and unexpected events may have an impact. If you arrive before the group for any aspect of the pilgrimage, please enjoy the opportunity to grow in the virtue of patience! You are also welcome to call and check where we are.

Commit the first fruits of your new year to Jesus and life in faith with a pilgrimage walk through the Blue Mountains! Registrations for the 2023 Epiphany Pilgrimage are now open.

The Epiphany Pilgrimage is a 7 day, 110 km pilgrimage through the Blue Mountains which coincides with the Feast of the Epiphany. The pilgrimage begins at Our Lady of the Way Parish, Emu Plains on January 2, 2023 and finishes at Sacred Heart Parish, Blackheath on January 8, 2023. There will also be a thanksgiving Mass on January 9, 2023 at the Chapel of the Magi, Bell.

There are many ways that you can get involved:

We acknowledge the Dharug, Gundungurra and Dharawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Epiphany Pilgrimage and Season of Creation Camping Trip take place.  We pay respect to their Elders of the past, who have known and maintained a spiritual connection to the land for thousands of years, and give thanks to Elders present and future for their continued commitment to nurturing this sacred land and sharing their knowledge.
