Season of Creation Camping Trip 2022

Friday, September 30 - Sunday, October 2, 2022
The Season of Creation begins on 1 September (the Day of Prayer for Creation) and concludes 4 October (the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi). It is a time to join with Christians around the world to renew our relationship with our Creator and all creation through celebration, conversion, and commitment.
For more information about the Season of Creation visit:

The Season of Creation Camping Trip is a local initiative for those living in or visiting the Sydney region. Held on the Wooglemai Bush Retreat site, it is an opportunity to set aside our busy, urban lifestyles in preference for a simple, and relaxed few days away with friends, family and other members of the faith community. It is a chance to delight in the gift of creation and give glory to our Creator.

See below for details and to register. Registrations have now closed and are at capacity.

The annual World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation will offer individual believers and communities a fitting opportunity to reaffirm their personal vocation to be stewards of creation, to thank God for the wonderful handiwork which He has entrusted to our care, and to implore His help for the protection of creation as well as His pardon for the sins committed against the world in which we live. (Pope Francis, 2015)
